Let’s make somethingYes. Your business and an invited wedding are different access contexts. Switch into the workspace or wedding you intend to use before working with its records.
Professionals can start with two active projects free. The paid plan is $49 per professional seat per month. Inviting a client or wedding collaborator does not automatically make them a billable seat.
You choose what is shared for a wedding. Each business keeps its own private client and financial records. Joining the same wedding does not give another business access to your workspace.
