Your business on client pages and email
Owners and administrators open Settings → Business branding to review a display name, introduction, accent, uploaded logo, optional contact details and email footer. Branding is included in the current plan. Saving it adds no subscription charge, billable seat or usage enrollment.
Upload your business logo and edit phone/website details in Settings first. Return to branding and choose Review client and email previews. The preview captures the exact current logo and contact details; changing either before approval requires another preview. Confirm the reviewed public identity to publish its next version.
Client pages
The reviewed brand decorates consultation booking, mini sessions and event pickers, questionnaires, proposals, signing pages, connected booking journeys, invoice pages, inquiries, public studio pages and the couple portal. Each private page still requires its original valid invitation. A logo never grants access to an additional project or another business's records.
The brand is decoration around existing records. It does not replace the legal parties, alter a signed document, change an invoice recipient or make your business the merchant for somebody else's payment. Existing customer links keep working.
Choose Hide the optional platform attribution to omit that attribution on supported client surfaces. Processor identity, signature evidence, safety notices, account sign-in and required transport identity remain visible where applicable. This does not provision a custom sending domain or change an external processor's checkout branding.
Email that keeps its approved version
Enable Include this brand in new reviewed client emails and enter a plain-text footer. The logo, name, introduction and footer appear in the rendered preview; the plain-text alternative includes the same text. Personal email signatures remain separate from the workspace footer.
For example, approve an email using brand version 2, then publish a new footer in version 3. That approved email still sends version 2. A newly prepared review uses version 3. Changing a global setting never silently rewrites a pending approval, a sent copy or its connected-mailbox verification record.
Branding applies to the explicit rich-email review flow for studio email and connected Gmail/Outlook senders. Existing plain-text offline replies, legacy automatic messages and transactional notices keep their existing transport content; this setting does not silently add material to their prior approvals. Message templates themselves remain editable, unissued writing.
The exact review stores validated branding data and the resulting HTML/plain text. Historical email review versions remain readable and verifiable. Free-form HTML, scripts, unsafe URL schemes and injected CSS are not allowed in branding settings. Accent colors decorate the page; primary content keeps its standard readable colors.
Mobile approvals and interrupted requests
In the native private email conversation, choose Preview current branded email while online. Review the complete plain-text copy, logo, recipient and attachment list, then approve that exact snapshot. Subsequent composer edits do not alter the preview. Plain-text offline replies remain a separate, explicitly labeled choice.
If approval is interrupted, its original request and review stay in protected device storage. Recover a previous email approval can retry the same request. Resolve original approval without resending looks up the original outbox message. If none exists, it closes that unsent review while holding the same conversation lock, preventing a delayed approval from queueing it later. You can then prepare a fresh review. Resolution never creates a second email.
Logo retention and limits
An uploaded logo referenced by a published brand or a frozen email review is retained when you replace or remove the current Settings logo. Publishing another brand changes future client decoration; previously delivered copies may still display their retained logo URL. A receiver's email client may block images, and external storage failure can still affect availability.
These logos are deliberately public branding assets. Private agreements, attachments and other business files continue through their existing protected storage. Real email rendering across clients, sender domains, connected inboxes and storage availability are verified during the coordinated provider activation phase.
Permissions and API
Only a current named workspace owner or administrator can read or publish branding settings. /api/v1/branding uses the current account session and selected workspace; API keys cannot impersonate an administrator. Preview and save are separate commands with revision, exact review hash and idempotency checks. A revoked membership cannot retrieve a previous mutation receipt. Limited assigned-work staff and invited wedding participants cannot change the business's public identity.
