Give each reviewer their own schedule copy
Open a wedding’s Coordination → Email schedule reviews. Choose the moments the reviewers should see, add their names and email addresses, and set an expiry. Add both partners to give each a separate private link, conversation and decision.
For example, Alex and River each review the ceremony and reception. Their photographer reviews a different batch containing preparation, portraits and the ceremony. Required approvals can block publication until the current visible version has been approved. Preparing a required review immediately adds that requirement; cancel an unused copy to remove it.
Review before sending
Preparing copies creates private review records but sends nothing. Open each saved email to inspect its address, branded content, private link and exact visible moments. Approve each invitation to queue it for the configured email worker. A typed review name records a response; it does not verify identity or create a contract signature.
All recipients in one prepared batch receive the same selected moments. Use a separate batch for a different visibility scope. There can be up to eight distinct email addresses per batch, and the existing schedule limit of 100 unrevoked review links still applies.
Keep decisions and delivery distinct
Email status progresses from prepared to queued, provider-sent and provider-delivered. A delivered email does not establish readership or approval. Each reviewer can comment, suggest changes when permitted, or record their own decision. Those actions remain separate from publishing a schedule or acknowledging a published change.
An expired, revoked, already decided or materially changed visible schedule stops a pending invitation. Revoking the sender’s workspace access also stops delivery. A later edit can make a previously delivered review outdated; create a new reviewed copy when another decision is needed.
Cancel or recover
Cancel email and revoke review disables the review link and stops any pending email. It cannot recall an email already accepted by the provider. Its delivery evidence remains visible.
Unknown send responses retain the original attempt and provider idempotency key. Retries stop after the original safe window; they never silently create a replacement invitation. In an uncertain invitation, enter the original email ID from the configured provider account. Reconciliation reads that receipt and verifies the address, sender, subject, exact retained content and invitation tag. It does not resend. Signed provider callbacks can also recover a lost send response.
Hard bounces, suppression and complaints stop additional invitation emails to that address within the workspace. Verify the recipient before creating a corrected invitation. Access to invitations requires a current full workspace membership, and another business cannot read the wedding or its private email content.
Setup and limits
Live email needs the coordinated Resend sender/domain/webhook setup, integration encryption key, durable worker and timeline-notification activation. During development the delivery adapter is simulated. This workflow does not send marketing campaigns, promise inbox placement or prove the identity of a person holding a link. The email body and private token are retained encrypted; the reviewed recipient and sender remain available to authorized workspace operators for delivery history.
