Optional Google and Microsoft connections have separate calendar and private-inbox controls. Calendar connections support selected availability and linked appointments; inbox connections copy only the selected folders and dates and require separate reviewed sending. Previously copied inbox history remains after disconnect. Connected-mailbox conversations are held from AI source use pending provider-policy and data-sharing review.
