Aisle Planner: a practical wedding-software evaluation

What the official product material describes
A platform for event professionals whose public product areas include sales, payments, project management, lead management, a client portal and an event-planning suite. Official product source. This source was reviewed on September 29, 2026. The description is based on public material; we did not complete a signed-in customer acceptance test.
Put this scenario in the demo
A planner manages several weddings while keeping each couple and supplier in the right view.
- Invite a collaborator and inspect the actual records and actions they can access.
- Move a planning deadline and follow its effect on tasks, messages and the portfolio review.
- Review an event budget and a business invoice without confusing the two ledgers.
How to make the tradeoff
The important comparison is the planner's complete working week. Include setup, recurring review and wedding-day changes, then compare the product plan that supports that actual volume.
Use a scorecard with four evidence labels: demonstrated live, documented, requires configuration, and not yet verified. An unanswered question is not proof that a capability is absent. Ask for the plan, provider setup and permissions used in the demonstration.
Compare the complete cost and the exit path
Enter current quotes, usage allowances, extra users, storage and processing costs into the migration and cost worksheet. We do not reproduce a price here without checking the exact billing term and market. Preserve accepted documents, reconcile open balances and rehearse one representative record before moving active work.
Try a decision before opening an account
Use the timeline-change simulator, package-pricing worksheet or gallery-delivery checklist to define what you need to see. These public tools are available to test directly. They are not evidence that every provider-backed workflow in any product is already activated.
