Open Finance → Business & project reports for cash-basis monthly results, a comparison with the previous year and lifetime project totals. Choose the reporting year and optionally one project. Every currency is calculated separately; the report does not invent an exchange rate.
Read collected cash and costs
The monthly result subtracts known included tax, known provider fees and expenses paid in that month from received cash. A recorded but unpaid expense appears in project costs and unpaid commitments. A historical paid flag is shown separately because it does not establish when money reached your account.
For example, $4,000 received with $200 included tax, $100 in processing fees and $1,200 of paid expenses produces a $2,500 operating result. A separate $600 unpaid vendor cost is still visible in the project's commitments; it is not silently treated as a cash payment.
Unknown tax and fees remain visibly unknown. The report's result is incomplete until those amounts are resolved. Refunds, disputes and adjustments follow their signed cash direction. Tips are identified within the receipt rather than added a second time.
Compare signed work with billing
Lifetime project rows show priced executed agreements, issued invoices, outstanding invoice balances and contracted work not yet invoiced. Reissues that retain existing billing are grouped under their original billing lineage. An unpriced signed document is counted separately rather than assigned an invented value.
Read contracted value alongside collected cash: a signed $8,000 agreement with only $2,000 of issued invoices has $6,000 of contracted work not yet invoiced. It is not $8,000 in received revenue.
Review allocation without rewriting receipts
Open a source row to attribute it to a project or overhead and add evidence for a previously unknown fee or included-tax amount. Amounts already confirmed by the provider are locked. Expense annotations only change report attribution; edit the expense itself to correct its recorded amount.
Reviews are append-only and checked against the source fingerprint and previous review. If the source changes, the old review is marked stale instead of silently applied. Foreign projects cannot be selected. Export the report CSV for the same per-currency, exact-cent totals.
Full workspace access or an appropriately scoped finance credential is required. Shared collaborators cannot read these private business reports. Provider and accountant reconciliation remain part of final activation; this report does not file taxes or run payroll.
