Branded wedding binders and reusable print presets

Product team · Reviewed

Put the wedding in one useful binder

Open a project and choose Binder. Pick a coordinator, couple, photographer, vendor or custom starting point, then select and order the sections. Save the preset before opening its print preview. The preview combines its cover and selected sections into one document; your browser can print it or save the whole packet as a PDF.

A cover worth keeping

Give the preset a reusable name and choose a cover title, subtitle, footer, US Letter or A4 paper, and sage, ink or warm ivory styling. The cover inserts the current wedding title, date, venue and business name. Select up to six private JPEG, PNG or WebP images for a photo grid. Only ready images in this business can be used; access tokens, protected executed documents and quarantined files are excluded.

Active saved covers retain their chosen photographs. Replace a photograph in the preset or archive the preset before deleting the source file. Archiving preserves the settings, and restoring requires its images to be available again.

For example, a photographer saves “Coverage & coordination” with a two-photo cover, the published run of show, the contact directory and vendor arrivals. They reuse that preset for their next wedding and get that project’s current records rather than a copy of the previous client’s information.

Choose the information deliberately

Available sections include the run of show, contact directory, vendor arrivals and setup, seating and confirmed meal counts, crew call sheet, and an optional private business overview. Role presets are starting points for section selection. They do not grant access, filter to a particular individual vendor, or send the packet to anyone.

Phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from operational sections unless you enable them. The private overview requires explicit review of both financial and contact disclosure; it includes the business’s financial summary and private notes. The seating section contains guest names, meal choices and dietary notes. Review the full preview and its recipient before sharing a downloaded or printed copy.

Meal totals count confirmed attending guests and show unresolved invitations separately. Crew call sheets include current assignment and acceptance state without pay rates. A printed task or checkmark represents its captured state and cannot update the live product.

Keep the schedule honest

Published timeline is the default. If a coordinated plan has no publication yet, the packet says so rather than printing a draft as approved. You can deliberately choose Draft; the printout labels its revision as unpublished. A legacy project without a coordinated plan uses its working timeline and labels that distinction.

Every cover includes its assembly time and timeline revision. Printed and downloaded copies cannot receive live changes. Reopen the preview after a schedule, assignment, meal or seating change, and replace outdated copies. Printing does not publish a timeline or notify participants.

Permissions and recovery

Only a current full workspace operator can use the private binder editor and print route; a shared-wedding invitation does not expose another business’s binder. Scoped integrations can read presets or save approved definitions with project permissions. A preset update checks its revision, and Check original save recovers an interrupted response using the same request identity.

Presets are private to the business and can be reused across its projects. The editor currently lists up to 100 ready source images and permits up to 100 saved presets. No private images or source rows are copied to a public gallery when a binder is saved.
