Arrange your wedding-party introductions

In Wedding → Hospitality → Wedding party, choose Arrange directory & guest display. Choose portrait cards, a compact directory or longer story introductions. Group people by their saved side/group or wedding role, and use the up/down buttons to set the introduction order. New people appear after your saved order.

The preview uses the current party records. For example, choose Story introductions, group by Side or group, and move each lead attendant to the start of their group. Turn introductions off for a compact preparation sheet, or keep them on for the private Guest Hub. Each layout can show or hide portraits independently.

Review the layout and save it. The saved display is shared with the private Guest Hub; it does not publish a wedding website, invite anybody or send a message. Another editor’s save causes a revision conflict rather than silently overwriting their arrangement.

Private planning and guest visibility

The planning directory includes every party member from the owning workspace. Preview Guest Hub visibility includes only people already marked guest-visible on their record. Changing the layout never turns that permission on. Guests receive permitted names, roles, groups, introductions and portraits, not private phone numbers, email addresses or notes.

For an internal preparation packet, switch off the guest preview, choose Include private contact list, and print the current view. That contact list is a local viewing choice; it is not saved into the guest layout. Keep printed copies with your authorized team. Hide the list again before sharing a screen.

Party records and layout changes require a named full operator in the owning workspace. A connected vendor’s hospitality access does not open the private party editor. Portrait endpoints recheck current permitted records; existing short-lived download links can remain valid until their expiry.

If a person was removed while you were arranging the layout, refresh before saving again. The directory supports up to 1,000 party members. Restoring a removed person’s contact record is separate from choosing a display layout.
