Understand a saved template and an applied plan

Product documentation · Reviewed

A template is a structured starting point, not a live message, contract or published plan. Open the template library, inspect a sample and choose Adapt this template to make a copy for your own work.

Edit and inspect the complete copy

Change the title and assumptions. The controls let you edit timeline rows, task notes, guest questions, message text and proposal scope. Advanced structured JSON editing also supports adding, deleting or rearranging rows. Keep the template’s identity, data kind, category and version intact; invalid content cannot be imported.

For a ceremony review message, replace the generic next action with the decision your catering lead needs to make. Check the current subject, body and unresolved placeholders in the preview. Saving that copy never sends it to the caterer.

Save this version in this browser preserves the edits locally. Download editable JSON exports the complete validated copy and its draft identity. A browser with restricted storage can still export the file. Keep private client information out of a shared computer’s drafts.

Bring it into a workspace

Choose Review workspace import. A new account continues through audience and workspace selection; an existing account can open the import screen. Continue in the same browser for the stored handoff, or load the exported JSON file on the destination device.

The import review displays the exact copy before you choose its destination. Save it in the private library, or select an owned wedding to add supported records. Timeline, checklist, budget, photo-list and room-layout templates can add native planning records. Questionnaires, message templates, proposal structures and other worksheets remain complete library artifacts. Importing does not publish a form, create priced terms, send a message or charge anyone.

The import preserves edited rows, notes and checked state. It rejects another workspace’s wedding. Repeating the same submission returns the original result rather than creating a second set of records. Reusing that identity with changed content or a different wedding is rejected.

Keep revisions independent

Open a saved private library copy to adapt it again. That editor starts from the saved content, not an unrelated browser draft. Import the new reviewed copy as a separate version; the earlier copy and existing wedding records remain intact.

If you already imported a public draft and want another version, choose Make a separate copy of these edits before preparing the next handoff. Start a fresh copy resets to the starting template shown on that page. Neither action rewrites signed documents, changes existing event records or sends an outgoing communication.
