Tools
Use a free tool and keep your work
Product documentation · Reviewed
The public tools work without an account. Start with the example, change the inputs and inspect the resulting plan before exporting it.
Use it
Open a tool from the tool library. Each input explains its units or expected format. Results recalculate locally as you edit, and invalid inputs produce a specific message instead of a guessed result. Timeline and worksheet tools display tables; the room planner also displays a measured sketch. Checklist and photo-list tools let you mark rows complete.
Understand the result
Print or save PDF uses your browser's print dialog. CSV exports the result as a table. JSON keeps the validated draft inputs and a portable copy of the computed result. Downloads do not send email or upload your plan to a provider.
If something is unclear
Inputs are kept in local browser storage when available. Private browsing, storage restrictions or clearing site data can remove them. Watch the save-status note and export a copy if you need to move devices. The tool is a planning aid; review its visible assumptions before using the output at a real event.
