Your workspace calendar: month, week and day

Product team · Reviewed

Put the whole working week in view

Open Calendar and choose Month, Week, Day or Agenda. The month grid opens any date into its full day view. Previous, Next, Today and the date picker let you revisit past work or plan ahead. Agenda covers thirty days from your selected date.

Use Show to focus on appointments, project dates, task deadlines, accepted crew shifts or connected calendars. All views use your business timezone. Date-only wedding dates and task deadlines stay on their recorded day. A crew shift or appointment that crosses midnight appears on both days; its end time is exclusive, so an event ending exactly at midnight does not fill the following day.

Work from the calendar

Suppose a photographer has a site visit on Thursday, a Friday equipment-preparation deadline and an accepted second-shooter shift on Saturday. Choose Week to see those commitments together. Open the task to update the assignment; open the crew item to review its shift. The day or agenda view keeps appointment editing and time/resource review beside the appointment.

The calendar shows accepted and confirmed crew shifts. Unaccepted offers remain in crew planning. Open tasks appear on their deadline; undated tasks remain in the task workbench. Archived projects are excluded, while completed project dates remain available when reviewing past months.

Connected calendars

Expand Calendar connections & booking settings to manage Google, Microsoft, subscribed iCal feeds, meeting providers and service booking. Google and Microsoft use the selected date window and their selected busy calendars. Subscribed feeds expand recurring events and moved exceptions within the window. A feed with an invalid timezone, excessive recurrence or unavailable server displays a source warning instead of implying the calendar is clear.

Connected events are read-only here. Edit them in their original calendar. WeddingBoard appointments keep their existing Google and Microsoft synchronization and conflict-review controls.

This view is a record of commitments, not an availability guarantee. Reserving or changing an appointment still performs the existing transactional checks for selected busy calendars, people, rooms, equipment, capacity and travel buffers. Failed sources cannot silently establish availability.

Access and recovery

A current private workspace operator can read this calendar. An integration needs the workspace-scoped calendar:read permission. Shared wedding participation alone does not grant access to another business's calendar. The versioned calendar endpoint supports pagination tied to a returned revision; a changed source requires a fresh first page.

If a provider fails, your local project and appointment records remain visible. Use its connection link to reconnect or review synchronization errors, then reload. Choose a shorter view or one source when a source exceeds the view limit. Provider activation and real Google/Microsoft rehearsal remain part of coordinated setup.
