Bring an anonymous tool draft into a workspace

Product documentation · Reviewed

A public draft stays in the browser until you choose to bring it into a workspace. The import step gives you a chance to choose where it belongs.

Use it

Choose Keep this plan in my workspace after reviewing a valid result. The browser saves the handoff. New users continue through account creation and audience/workspace selection; existing users can open the import screen directly. Continue in the same browser so the saved handoff remains available.

Understand the result

The import service recalculates supported tool output from the inputs rather than trusting a supplied total. Review the destination and the available import behavior. Saving an artifact preserves the plan; applying records adds supported items to a selected wedding. Those are different outcomes and the review should say which will happen.

If something is unclear

If storage is unavailable, download JSON before leaving. Do not put private guest or vendor information into a URL to carry it between devices. Repeated submission of the same draft should not create repeated records; inspect the import result before starting a new copy.

Open the tool or return to the help index.

Import another revision

After importing a draft, its identity and destination are fixed. Editing the browser copy and submitting that same identity again produces a conflict instead of overwriting the earlier import. Choose Make a separate copy in the tool to retain your current inputs and checked rows under a new identity, then review the new import.

All sixteen tools preserve their validated inputs and complete structured output. Timelines, task checklists, budgets, photo lists and room layouts can also add native records to an owned wedding. Pricing, transport, notification and other calculator results stay as complete worksheets. Saving a notification worksheet does not send its messages.
