What the official product material describes
A business management platform that advertises proposals, contracts, invoices, scheduling and automated workflows for client-service businesses. Official product source. This source was reviewed on September 29, 2026. The description is based on public material; we did not complete a signed-in customer acceptance test.
Put this scenario in the demo
A client selects a package, answers questions and progresses through a booking workflow.
- Inspect how a changed answer affects the proposal and next workflow step.
- Pause the workflow and verify that future messages actually stop.
- Export a representative client record and preserve its accepted documents.
How to make the tradeoff
If existing forms and workflows are central to your business, test how much of that logic can transfer. A replacement should be judged on the rebuilt journey and migration effort, not a similar-looking editor.
Use a scorecard with four evidence labels: demonstrated live, documented, requires configuration, and not yet verified. An unanswered question is not proof that a capability is absent. Ask for the plan, provider setup and permissions used in the demonstration.
Compare the complete cost and the exit path
Enter current quotes, usage allowances, extra users, storage and processing costs into the migration and cost worksheet. We do not reproduce a price here without checking the exact billing term and market. Preserve accepted documents, reconcile open balances and rehearse one representative record before moving active work.
Try a decision before opening an account
Use the timeline-change simulator, package-pricing worksheet or gallery-delivery checklist to define what you need to see. These public tools are available to test directly. They are not evidence that every provider-backed workflow in any product is already activated.
