What the official product material describes
An event-industry client-management platform whose product page describes proposals, contracts, invoices, payment schedules, reminders and Stripe-powered payments. Official product source. This source was reviewed on September 29, 2026. The description is based on public material; we did not complete a signed-in customer acceptance test.
Put this scenario in the demo
A vendor and planner coordinate a client's accepted scope and outstanding payments.
- Show the client-facing proposal and signing experience.
- Inspect how a third party can collaborate without inappropriate financial access.
- Reconcile an installment, a manual payment and a changed balance.
How to make the tradeoff
If the main problem is business paperwork and payment coordination, evaluate that directly. Ask separately how timeline or day-of work connects and which integrations or additional tools form part of the proposed setup.
Use a scorecard with four evidence labels: demonstrated live, documented, requires configuration, and not yet verified. An unanswered question is not proof that a capability is absent. Ask for the plan, provider setup and permissions used in the demonstration.
Compare the complete cost and the exit path
Enter current quotes, usage allowances, extra users, storage and processing costs into the migration and cost worksheet. We do not reproduce a price here without checking the exact billing term and market. Preserve accepted documents, reconcile open balances and rehearse one representative record before moving active work.
Try a decision before opening an account
Use the timeline-change simulator, package-pricing worksheet or gallery-delivery checklist to define what you need to see. These public tools are available to test directly. They are not evidence that every provider-backed workflow in any product is already activated.
