Find private work and review operational exceptions
Product team · Reviewed
Press Command-K or Ctrl-K to search the current business's projects, clients, vendors, inquiries, tasks, documents, private filenames, agreements, invoices and galleries. Use All results to filter by record type and browse additional results.
For example, searching a venue name can find its project, a setup task containing that name and a retained agreement mentioning the venue. Financial and signing results lead back to their authorized record screens; search never reveals a share token or object-storage credential.
Search requires full private workspace access. Shared wedding participation and a limited day-of assignment do not grant access to the business's private files or finances. A scoped integration key must explicitly have search:read, which covers private record names and destinations across these business domains. Every destination checks its own current permissions again.
Review work that needs attention
Open Operations → Review exceptions to see recent errors across mailboxes, calendars, accounting, data imports, media imports, orders, refunds, text dispatch, guest communication and background event delivery. Owners and administrators can use this desk; invited collaborators cannot inspect business support records.
Each record links to its own recovery controls. An uncertain payment, message or physical-order result needs reconciliation with the original provider operation before any retry. The desk does not send or charge anything itself.
The page shows up to 30 recent records per source. A clean queue means no errors were returned by these queries; it does not certify provider configuration or launch readiness. Use the activation manifest and real sandbox rehearsals for those checks. If an exception persists after recovery, keep its original request and provider identifiers in the domain history rather than creating a replacement operation blindly.
Start in the workspace that fits your role
Open Workspaces & access → Create workspace and choose how you work. One account can own several businesses and participate in other people's weddings; each business keeps its own clients, notes, documents and financial records.
- Planners: start with a client and a wedding, then use the studio home for inquiries, upcoming celebrations, tasks and workflow reviews.
- Photographers: add a client project or session, prepare its photo plan, and create a collection for original uploads and private delivery. The studio home brings collections and album proofs into view.
- Vendors: choose your service specialty and review its proposed starting points before adding them. Your business home connects inquiries, bookings, availability, crew, inventory and shared wedding handoffs.
- Couples: create your own wedding workspace with your names, date and timezone, then open Our wedding for decisions, guests, budget and planning. If you received an invitation to an existing wedding, start from that invitation and review the connection instead of creating a second wedding.
Use the workspace switcher or Workspaces & access to change businesses. Switching returns you to that workspace's home, where the navigation and available records reflect your current role. It does not move records between businesses. Someone with limited collaborator access sees their permitted shared work rather than the business's private dashboard.
To work together, send an explicit invitation and review the access before accepting. Joining a business workspace and connecting a separate business to a shared wedding grant different access. Matching names, dates or email addresses never joins records automatically. Shared wedding participation alone does not expose another business's clients, notes or finances, or enroll the participant in a paid operator seat.
Read private projects and your studio home for dashboard counts and next actions. Its short preview lists are separate from total counts; an empty upcoming list can coexist with undated projects or standalone collections. A quiet attention queue does not certify that external services are configured. Vendor starting points are explained in specialty setup, and couples can begin with shared decisions and inspiration.
