Read the crew-capacity result
Product documentation · Reviewed
The crew tool compares required roles with named people over each distinct time interval. It avoids counting one person in two roles simultaneously.
Use it
For every required role, enter the number of people and the start and end times. For each crew member, list the roles they can perform and the interval they are available. An end earlier than its start is treated as the following day.
Understand the result
The result identifies a possible allocation and the number of missing people in each interval. It is a capacity calculation, not a sent shift invitation or a record of accepted work. Change the inputs to compare staffing alternatives.
If something is unclear
Travel, breaks, qualifications and employment rules are not inferred. Encode unavailable time appropriately and confirm arrangements with the people responsible. Two entries for the same person must not be used to make the coverage appear larger.

Use saved staffing in your business
The anonymous tool compares hypothetical availability. For real weddings, open Crew scheduling → Required staffing & coverage. That board saves role counts and location windows, checks current accepted assignments and private eligibility, and displays shortages. Candidate offers use the normal transactional reservation checks. An estimate from the public tool is never treated as a confirmed assignment.
